You paid for fast, lets make it happen.
Internet companies promise high speeds - 300, 500, even 1,000 Mbps. But most people never realize they're not actually getting them - That's where I come in.

Meet the WiFiGuy
I'm Nick, the WiFiGuy - I make sure your internet actually runs the way your provider says it should.I'll optimize your router in 20 minutes or less, right from your living room.
Your router's not mad. It's just disappointed.
Unlock the potential of what you already pay for.

Even if you're paying for high-speed internet, you might not actually be getting it.Over time, signals get weak, devices compete for space, and your speed takes a hit - even if everything 'looks' fine.I fine tune your network so it runs the way it's supposed to.
You wouldn't drive 100,000 miles without an oil change.

WiFi needs love too — it clogs up, slows down, and drops the ball when it’s not serviced. I do quick, no-fuss tune-ups that bring it back to life. It’s like a pit stop for your internet.(And yes — I even slap a “last serviced” sticker on your router when I’m done.)
If you’ve ever shouted “REPRESENTATIVE!”
You’re not alone.

You’d be surprised how often an issue doesn't require calling your provider at all — it’s just something small that I can fix fast.I could save you hours of hold music, frustration, and unnecessary charges.Think of me as your tech shield — the buffer between you and the dreaded service call. I’m the first stop before the cable company, and I’ll make sure calling them is truly your last resort.

FAQ
Q: What exactly do you do?
I help people fix slow, unreliable WiFi and home tech issues. That includes router problems, dead zones, buffering, smart device issues, printer headaches, and more. If something connects to the internet (or should), I can help with it.I also offer in-home tech help for things like setting up phones, TVs, laptops, tablets, smart home devices — you name it. Whether it’s not working, acting weird, or you just want to know how to use it, I’ll walk you through it, step by step. There’s a whole page about this under Senior Services, but don’t let the name fool you — it’s for anyone who wants patient, personal tech help at home. Seniors, busy parents, overwhelmed professionals — doesn’t matter. If you want a real human to help you make sense of your tech, that’s what I do.
Q: How much does it cost?
Router Optimization: $40 flat — one-time visit to fix slow WiFi, dead zones, and signal problems.General Tech Help: $50/hour — billed in 30-minute increments for anything beyond the router.(See the Senior Services page for more info — these services aren’t just for seniors.)
Q: Do you offer any kind of membership or ongoing support?
Yep — I offer a $7/month membership that includes quarterly in-home visits for router optimization, unlimited remote support (during business hours), and 50% off in-home visits for router troubleshooting and tech help.If you like having someone “on call” when tech acts up — I'm here for you!
Q: Why so cheap?
Because it should be. Most tech problems don’t require expensive service calls or big repair bills — they just need someone who knows what they’re doing.I keep my pricing fair on purpose. No upsells, no hidden fees, no nonsense. I’d rather build trust and have people call me again when they need help than charge outrageous rates for a one-time fix. This is a real, local service — not a big company. Just one guy doing honest work, helping people feel confident about their tech.
Q: Do you replace or sell equipment?
Nope. I don’t upsell or push any products. If your equipment is outdated or causing issues, I’ll tell you exactly what to buy — usually something simple and affordable — and I’ll install it for you if needed.
Q: What if you can’t fix the problem?
If it turns out the issue is something outside of my control (like a line problem from your provider, internal house wiring, or something else), I’ll explain what’s going on and point you in the right direction. If you're on the membership plan, the visit is still 50% off. If you’re not, I do still charge for the time spent troubleshooting. But here’s the smart move:
Call me before you call your internet provider. Their techs often charge $100+ just to show up — and a lot of the time, the issue isn’t even on their end. By having me take a look first, you’re covering your bases. If I can fix it, great — you saved money. If I can’t, at least you’ll know for sure that it’s worth calling them. That's what I'm here for!
Q: What areas do you cover?
I’m based in Warrington, PA and cover Bucks County — including Doylestown, Warminster, Chalfont, and surrounding areas. Not sure if I’ll come to you? Just ask — if you’re nearby, I will.
Q: Can you help with smart TVs, phones, and printers too?
Absolutely. Whether your TV won’t connect, your phone is stuck on “Searching for Network,” or your printer refuses to print — I handle it all.
Q: Do you offer veteran discounts?
Yes — I proudly offer in-home service discounts for veterans, first responders, and teachers. It’s just one small way to give back to the people who give so much to everyone else.
